Before we get started, there are a few things you should know.

Only use this booking form if you'd like to book Camp Omunguindi or Camp Porosa and you are not attending a function at the venue.
If you'd like to book accommodation for a function at the venue (AKA the Castle), you must do so by following the process outlined in the Venue Accommodation section.
Bookings can only be made through this form or by email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings over the telephone.

Our aim is to reduce paperwork and waiting time during check-in. Please complete the form below and submit it to us. After we receive your booking form and payment, we will send you a number to open the gate and a map for the Ranch. Please ensure that the cellular number provided is the same number that you will use when opening the gate. The booking form also includes information required by the Namibian Tourism Regulations.

Ankawini Safaris cc, the Owner of the property and / or the Company and / or the Close Corporation and / or their employees or subcontractors, are not liable to you, the client’s guests or invitees for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by you, or your client, guests and or invitees on or about the premises of Ankawini Safari’s cc howsoever arising included but not limited to theft, whether resulting from any act or mission whether negligent or not on the part of Ankawini Safaris cc, the Owner of the property and / or their employees.
