All our venue accommodation options are listed below. We've included photos, descriptions, and prices so that you have all the information you need to find the room that best suits you.

login to your function

Click the booking button below to be directed to our accommodation booking page. At first, all the rooms will be marked as SOLD but don't panic! Login to your function's page with the username/password provided by the bridal couple or function coordinator.

Once you've logged in, you will see the function details displayed in the top right corner, as well as the actual availability of the rooms for your function.

Adjust your check-in and check-out dates as needed, click "check availability" to find an available room that suits your needs, and book your stay. You will quickly receive booking confirmation from our system, but this is not a confirmed reservation until paid.

IMPORTANT: When booking, you will be asked for a Consultant. Enter your name, Cell number and email address. At reference, enter the wedding name and for other events, please enter the name/details of the function.

pay your stay

Scroll down to the card payment screen, enter your reservation details, and confirm the terms and conditions. 
​Kindly ensure that all details are entered correctly for example cellular number with code and no zero before the number: +2648xxxxxxxx, do not use exclamation marks and select NAD as currency. For security reasons, you have 15 minutes to enter your card details, so keep your card ready. If you missed this payment, don't worry. You can pay for your stay by either of the methods below. In both options, it is crucial to use your NB reservation number that appears on your booking confirmation email.
NOTE: Accommodation must be paid in full on upon reservation. Your reservation will only be kept for 24 hours from the time of booking. If payment has not been successfully received in that time, your reservation will be cancelled -- even if you have received an email saying that we have received your reservation.

Condition NUMBER ONE

Castle Rooms are only available with weddings/functions.

Please note that The Castle at Ankawini Safari Ranch does not offer day-to-day lodging functions with restaurant facilities.

Condition NUMBER TWO

No personal alcohol at the venue.

For the safety of all guests, personnel, and property, Ankawini Safari Ranch has a strict policy against guests bringing alcohol onto the premises.
We all know that guy. If you don't, you are that guy.
We do have a fully-stocked bar that operates for the entire duration of your event, so there is no shortage of revelry.

GARDEN TOWER ROOMS
5 units. N$1500 per night per room, minimum stay 2 nights including breakfast.
These en-suite rooms are located in a two-story natural stone building that offers a view of a nearby waterhole. Each room has a private veranda. Each unit has a double bed and sleeps two guests, but the two lower units can be converted into family rooms if necessary.

POOL ROOMS
5 units.  N$1250 rooms 4&5 and N$1350 rooms1-3 per night per room, including breakfast.
These en-suite rooms are built from clay bricks made at Ankawini, as well as natural stone gathered from Ankawini's mountains. Each room has a view overlooking the pool and surrounding mountains. Each unit sleeps two guests. Pool Room 1 is wheelchair-friendly.

BOILER ROOMS
10 units. From N$1350 per night per room, including breakfast.
These en-suite rooms are inspired by an industrial boiler room theme, complete with rustic pipes, concrete-and-steel structures, and a touch of natural mountain stone gathered from Ankawini's mountains. Units are available that sleep two, three, four, and five guests.

GRANNY FLAT
2 units. From $1050 per night per room, including breakfast.
The Granny Flat is a two-bedroom flat. Each bedroom sleeps two guests and has its own en-suite restroom and shower. The Granny Flat can be booked by separate parties, but it is ideal for families or guests that are well-acquainted with each other. Room1 has a lounge area that can be part of room 2 or isolated from room 2. Room 1 (N$1500) has a double bed, and Room 2 (N$1050) has two single beds.

ECO ROOMS
14 units. From N$870 - N$1150 per night per room, including breakfast.
These are our simplest rooms and are intended to provide the basics at an affordable price. They are 3x3m in size, each with a full-length mirror, light, and 220V outlet. Guests in these rooms make use of the communal restrooms (which include showers, sinks, mirror, and toilets). Eco Rooms 1-12 each have two single beds and sleep two guests. Eco Rooms 13 and 14 each have three single beds and sleep three guests.

TENTS ON VENUE
10 units. N$770 per night per tent, including breakfast.
Ten tents can be set up in the garden area and made available to accommodate additional guests if all rooms are filled. Each tent includes two single beds complete with linens, as well as an electric light. Guests make use of the communal restrooms (which include showers, sinks, mirrors, and toilets). Photos of the communal restrooms can be found above with photos of the Eco Rooms.

BACKPACKER'S CAVE
24 beds. N$330 per night per person, including breakfast.
 The Backpacker's Cave consists of 3 large rooms in the cellar under the ballroom. Each room has 8 beds, dormitory-style. Guests make use of the communal restrooms (which include showers, sinks, mirrors, and toilets). The backpacker beds cannot be booked by our accommodation website but have to be booked directly by sending an email to [email protected]
